What is Prompt?
Prompt: A prompt is the instruction and context you give an AI model to tell it what to produce.

The quality of an AI output depends heavily on the prompt. A strong business prompt usually states the role the AI should take, the task, the audience, relevant background, examples of good output, constraints such as length and tone, and the format required. Reusable prompts with placeholders, saved in a shared library, help teams get consistent results. Prompting is a practical skill: small changes in wording, order or examples can change the result significantly, so test and refine prompts on real tasks.

Instead of 'write a post about our sale', a team uses: 'Write three Instagram captions for a 20% Eid sale on abayas, for women aged 25–40 in Dubai, warm tone, under 40 words each, include one call to action.'
