Stop repeating. Start automating.

AI Automation

AI automation connects your existing tools and adds AI where a step needs reading, writing or judgement, so repetitive work runs on its own. DAIDU maps your processes, builds the workflows, runs them with you and trains your team to own them.

AI automation is the use of software workflows, with AI models built into the steps that need language or judgement, to complete repetitive business tasks without manual effort. A classic automation moves data from one system to another when something happens. AI automation goes further: it can read an email, understand what the customer wants, draft a reply, extract fields from a document or decide which team should handle a request.

When AI automation fits

AI automation is a good fit when a task:

  • happens often, every day or every week;
  • follows a recognisable pattern, even if the inputs vary;
  • involves copying information between systems, inboxes or spreadsheets;
  • has a clear owner who can say what "done well" looks like.

Lead follow-up, invoice processing, customer questions, onboarding checklists and weekly reports are common examples. It is not a good fit for decisions that need deep expertise or carry high risk with no review step, such as final credit, legal or medical decisions.

How DAIDU delivers

Discover. We map how the work actually happens today, step by step, with the people who do it. We note where work waits, where data is retyped and where errors creep in. Together we choose the first one to three workflows based on effort saved and risk.

Design. We write a short workflow specification: trigger, steps, systems, AI prompts, human approval points, error handling and what gets logged. You sign it off before we build.

Build. We build with established automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, connected to your tools and to AI models suitable for the task. We test with real examples, including awkward ones, before anything goes live.

Run. We launch in stages, watch the first weeks closely and fix issues quickly. Each workflow has monitoring, so failures are noticed and someone is told.

Train. Your team learns how the workflow works, how to handle exceptions and how to make simple changes. You receive documentation written for the people who will use it.

What you need to provide

  • A named owner for each workflow who knows the process.
  • Access to the systems involved, ideally through test accounts first.
  • Real examples of inputs and good outputs, such as emails, documents or reports.
  • Your rules: approval limits, tone of voice, what must never be automated.
  • Time for a short weekly check-in during build and launch.

What we will not do

We will not automate a process nobody understands, remove human review from high-risk steps, or lock you into a tool you cannot manage. Pricing depends on scope and is confirmed after discovery.

Process

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Discover

    Map the current process with the people who do it and pick the first workflows.

  2. 02

    Design

    Write a workflow specification with approval points and error handling.

  3. 03

    Build and test

    Build on proven platforms and test with real, messy examples.

  4. 04

    Run

    Launch in stages, monitor closely and fix issues fast.

  5. 05

    Train and hand over

    Train your team and hand over documentation they can use.

FAQ

AI Automation: common questions

What is the difference between AI automation and regular automation?

Regular automation moves data when a rule is met. AI automation adds steps that read, write or classify unstructured information, such as emails and documents, so more of a process can run without manual work.

Do we need developers on our side?

No. We build and maintain the workflows, and we train a non-technical owner to manage everyday changes. Having someone with system admin access helps.

Which tools do you use?

We usually build on established platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, connected to your existing systems and to AI models suited to the task. We recommend tools based on your needs, not on commissions.

How much does AI automation cost?

It depends on the number of workflows, systems and volumes involved. We confirm scope and price after a discovery call. Ask us on WhatsApp to start.
