  1. 01

    Prospect research brief

Act as a sales researcher. Using only the information I provide, create a one-page brief on [company name]. Information: [paste website text, news or LinkedIn summary]. Include: what they do, likely priorities this year, possible challenges our [product/service] could help with, and three questions to ask in a first call. Mark anything that is an assumption.

  2. 02

    Personalised first message

Write a first outreach message to [name, role] at [company] about [our product/service]. Reason for reaching out: [trigger, e.g. new branch, hiring, recent post]. Keep it under 90 words, specific to them, with one low-pressure question as the call to action. Write a version for email and a shorter one for LinkedIn or WhatsApp.

  3. 03

    Qualifying questions

We sell [product/service] to [customer type]. Write eight qualifying questions a salesperson or WhatsApp assistant can ask a new lead, covering need, budget, timeline, decision-maker and current solution. Phrase them politely and conversationally. Then suggest how to score answers as hot, warm or cold.

  4. 04

    Call notes to CRM update

Here are my rough notes from a call with [company]: [paste notes]. Turn them into a CRM update with: summary (three sentences), needs, objections, decision-makers, budget and timeline if mentioned, agreed next step with date, and risks. Do not add details that are not in the notes.

  5. 05

    Proposal first draft

Draft a proposal for [client] for [service/product]. Their goals: [goals]. Scope: [scope items]. Timeline: [timeline]. Pricing: [paste approved pricing or write 'leave placeholder']. Structure: executive summary, understanding of needs, proposed solution, deliverables, timeline, investment, next steps. Keep language clear and specific.

  6. 06

    Follow-up sequence

Write a follow-up sequence for a prospect who received a quote for [offer] on [date] and has not replied. Create three messages to send after [x] days, [y] days and [z] days. Each under 70 words, each adding something useful (a question, a relevant example, a simple next step). Avoid pressure tactics.

  7. 07

    Objection handling

Our product is [product]. List the ten most likely objections from [customer type] (for example price, timing, trust, switching cost). For each, write a short, honest response and a question that moves the conversation forward. Do not promise results we cannot guarantee.

  8. 08

    Meeting preparation

I have a meeting with [name, role] at [company] tomorrow about [topic]. Here is what I know: [notes]. Prepare: my goal for the meeting, a three-point agenda, five questions to ask, likely concerns and how to address them, and the next step I should propose.

  9. 09

    Win/loss review

Here are notes on recent deals we won and lost: [paste notes]. Identify patterns in why we win and why we lose, grouped by theme. Suggest three changes to our sales process or messaging, and one experiment to test next month. Use only the information provided.

  10. 10

    Pipeline review summary

Here is our current pipeline: [paste table with deal, stage, value, last contact, next step]. Summarise it for a sales manager: deals at risk (no contact in over [x] days or no next step), deals likely to close this month, and three actions for the team this week. Present as short bullet points.

  11. 11

    Case summary from customer story

Using these facts from a real customer project, with the customer's permission: [paste facts]. Write a short case summary: situation, what we did, result. Use only the facts provided, do not exaggerate numbers, and mark any missing detail as [to confirm].

  12. 12

    Referral request

Write a short, friendly message asking [customer name], who recently [outcome they achieved], whether they know anyone at [type of company] who might benefit from [our service]. Make it easy to say no, under 70 words, for [WhatsApp/email].
