    Write a job description for a [job title] at [company type] in [location]. Responsibilities: [list]. Must-have skills: [list]. Nice-to-have skills: [list]. Use clear, inclusive language, avoid unnecessary requirements and jargon, and include a short section on what success looks like in the first six months. Keep it under 450 words.

    Create a structured interview guide for a [job title]. Key competencies: [list]. For each competency, write two behavioural questions, what a strong answer includes, and a 1–5 scoring guide. Add three questions candidates often ask and suggested honest answers.

    We are hiring a [job title]. Turn this job description into clear, job-related screening criteria: [paste JD]. Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves, and explain how to assess each from a CV. Flag any criteria that could unfairly exclude candidates and suggest alternatives.

    Write three candidate messages for [job title]: an interview invitation with [date, time, format] placeholders, a polite rejection after interview that thanks them and keeps the door open, and an offer-stage message requesting [documents]. Warm, clear and under 120 words each.

    Design a [duration] training session on [topic] for [audience]. Learning outcomes: [list]. Include an agenda with timings, one practical exercise, a short knowledge check with five questions, and a follow-up task for the week after.

    Create a short employee pulse survey on [topic, e.g. workload, onboarding experience, AI tool use] with eight questions: six rating-scale questions and two open questions. Keep questions neutral and avoid leading wording. Suggest how to share results back with employees.
