AI workshops for Operations
The short version
Operations teams keep the business running: orders, scheduling, suppliers, internal requests, reporting and the many small handovers between teams. Much of this work follows clear rules and repeats every day, which makes it a natural place to start with AI and automation.
The most useful skill for an operations professional is process mapping: writing down how work actually flows today, where it waits, and where people copy data between systems. Once a process is mapped, it becomes clear which steps AI can help with, such as reading emails and documents, classifying requests, drafting replies or summarising data, and which steps simple automation can handle.
No-code tools now let operations staff build useful workflows themselves, connecting forms, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and business systems. AI agents add the ability to handle less structured steps with human checks.
DAIDU's proposed workshops on operations and on building your first AI agent teach these skills, and DAIDU can build larger automations with your team.
