Event terms, refund policy & disclaimer

1. About these terms

These terms apply to bookings for “AI for Leadership & Management 2026” (the “Workshop”), an event by Media Waves, delivered under the DAIDU.AI workshop brand in partnership with Al Wafaa Group, on Thursday 29 October 2026 in Dubai Marina, UAE.

They apply in addition to the DAIDU.AI website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these event terms apply to your Workshop booking.

2. Bookings and confirmation

Registering creates a booking reference and holds your seat(s) for a limited time while you pay. Your seat is confirmed only after we have verified your payment. You will then receive an email titled “Your Seat Is Confirmed” with your booking ID and a QR ticket for each attendee.

Places are limited to 40 participants. Seats are allocated in the order payments are verified. If the Workshop is full you may join the waitlist; no payment is taken from waitlisted bookings unless a seat is offered to you.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) per participant. The early-bird price applies to a limited allocation of seats while it lasts; the price shown when you register is the price you pay.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Nomod, on its own hosted payment page. DAIDU.AI does not receive or store your card details.

3. No refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, we cannot offer a refund for cancellation, non-attendance, late arrival or a change of plans. Please check the date and your availability before booking.

If a payment is taken in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same booking), contact us at info@daidu.ai and we will correct it.

4. Changes to the event

We may need to make reasonable changes to the programme, timings, running order or vessel for operational, weather, safety or other reasons beyond our control. Confirmed participants will be told about any significant change by email or WhatsApp.

Boarding details are shared with confirmed participants before the event. For safety, please follow the instructions of the crew and the organisers at all times while on board.

5. Entry and conduct

Please bring your QR ticket (on your phone or printed) for check-in. Each ticket admits the named attendee only.

The organisers may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

Please tell us about any dietary requirements when you register. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee that the menu is free of any particular allergen.

6. Disclaimer

The Workshop is educational. The content, examples, prompts and tools demonstrated are provided for general information and training purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, technical or other professional advice. Results from using AI depend on how it is applied in your organisation, and no specific business outcome is guaranteed.

Third-party AI tools mentioned or demonstrated are owned by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, pricing and privacy policies. You are responsible for how you use them, including the data you enter into them.

Photographs of yachts and Dubai Marina on our website are representative images and do not show the specific vessel booked for the event. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, the organisers’ total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Your data

We use the details you provide to manage your booking, issue tickets, send event information and reminders, and run the event with our organising partners. If you opt in, we will also send you news about future DAIDU.AI workshops and events; you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
