AI Fundamentals for UX is an intermediate-level course for UX designers who want to understand how to design user experiences in an AI-powered world. The course covers how AI-powered interfaces differ from traditional ones, introduces concepts such as AI capabilities and constraints, human-centered design principles, and ethics & transparency in AI UX. You'll work through four levels spanning topics like interaction policies, user trust, conversational & multimodal interfaces, feedback loops, governance, and measuring success.
